A New Name.
A New Vision.
A New Standard for What Comes Next.
Under the new ownership, this space is entering a new season, one shaped by intention, connection, and a renewed commitment to the people who walk through our doors.
We're keeping what matters: the practice, the community, and the space to show up exactly as you are.

And we're making room for something more.
To those who have practiced here for years, you're part of this next chapter.

To those discovering us for the first time, welcome. You found us at a pretty exciting moment.
Our studio is open.
Classes are continuing.
And while our new website is taking shape, your practice doesn't have to wait.
The past will always be part of this space's story. But it doesn't get to decide its future.

That belongs to what we're building now.

Breathe deeply. Connect fully. Flow freely.
