The ART of YIN YOGA RETREAT
May 17th-19th

We are excited to offer this 2 night, 3 day retreat that explores the benefits of Yin and how to facilitate a deeper connection to self over a weekend of professional development in community.

Whether you are a certified yoga teacher, a wellness practitioner this continuing education weekend will give you a strong foundation for leading a Yin asana practice that facilitates deep release.

Explore the anatomy of fascia and the nervous system first hand during each yoga class of the weekend to get a felt sense of experiencing Yin. Develop intentional sequencing skills and grow your knowledge base during lectures and conversations with peers throughout.

This retreat counts as 10 hrs of Continuing Education credits for Yoga Alliance registered teachers. Teachers will gain confidence in providing meaningful cues, understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the nervous system as it relates to Yin as well as practice teaching hours.
