Twelve Steps to Your Mat is a FREE yoga for sobriety class that includes the foundation of the 12 steps and mindful movement. This is a sixty (60) minute class and is open to all "A" members and/or anyone who would like to ass some more meaning to their practice.

CORPORATE WELLNESS PACKAGES

Yoga can be a welcome break to a busy work day or a relaxing way to de-stress at the end of the day.

We guarantee that each and every onsite yoga class with one of our passionate facilitators will leave you and your co-workers refreshed, re-energized and ready to deal with workplace stress.

All of Urban Yogis Facilitators are fully certified with a minimum of a 200 hour certification course with a well recognized Yoga Teacher Training program. Our yoga, meditation, and pranayama (breathwork) classes are customized to fit the needs of your employees and company.

Modern Yoga Classes

Our certified yoga facilitator will lead your employees in a 1 hour modern yoga class that caters to their specific needs and skill levels. Classes will be held on site, either in a designated room or outside, weather permitting.

In this 90 minute session you employees will receive a 1 hour yoga class along with a 30 min wellness session.

Breakroom Yoga

This 30 min practice can be done right from your boardroom table or desk. Your choice of chair yoga, meditation, or pranayama work. No need to change, but don’t forget your water.
