Workshops create space for a deeper connection to self. Unlike regular classes, our yoga and Pilates workshops in Everett offer more time to slow down, explore new approaches, and immerse yourself in the practice.
Each workshop is designed to expand your awareness and build a well-rounded practice—whether through movement, meditation, or mindfulness. From Pilates intensives to Full Moon Circles, Yoga Nidra, sound baths, and meditation sessions, our diverse offerings give you the tools to grow, restore, and connect more fully with body, mind, and spirit.
