Pre & Post Pregnancy Yoga

This class is designed to provide pregnant people with a safe space to connect with their changing bodies, connecting their experience to others in their community as well as that of birthing people throughout history, tapping into the innate wisdom within.


You will be guided through movements & breathing exercises, that will prepare you for pregnancy, giving birth, and will provide a foundation for postpartum recovery. Cultivate a new awareness that will assist you through labor and delivery, and find a deeper connection with your growing baby that can be continued through your post partum journey.

Pregnant Yoga
UY Prenatal & Gentle Yoga Combined

Prenatal Yoga at Urban Yogis is a combination class with our Gentle Yoga offering. A deep and nourishing practice for all and especially welcoming for those with a wish for a gentler practice. This class is lovely for people recovering from an injury, wanting to return after time off from practice, or bridging the gap from beginner to vinyasa flows. You'll be in a room with expecting mothers and folks building or returning to their yoga practice.


Learn amazing techniques to take off the yoga mat and into your days. This is a time to pause and reconnect with ourselves, our resilience, and presence. An hour of gently sequenced mindful yoga with time and variations to safely accommodate all.


I teach with dynamic triad of heart, breath, and alignment with an embodied theme interwoven throughout class. I approach the yoga postures as a practice focused on the alignment and functional movement of the body with intelligence sequencing that allows one to be in a state of ease.
